Bok Yone ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bok Yone mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• Personal Data: Email address, First name, Last name, Phone number.
• Location Data: We may use and store information about your location to enable ride matching and navigation.
• Vehicle Information: Driver's license, registration, and vehicle details for verification.

2. Data Safety & Usage

We use the collected data to:

• Verify driver identity and maintain community safety.
• Process wallet transactions and payments.
• Facilitate communication between riders and drivers.
• Provide customer support.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database management, and notifications. We also use PaiementPro for payment processing. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Bok Yone app by navigating to Profile -> Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us at mcoly.media@gmail.com. Upon request, all your personal data, including ride history and wallet information, will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.
